Cancellation Policy
Please read our cancellation and refund policy before booking your trip.
Cancellation by Traveler
If you wish to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible via email or phone. The cancellation charges are as follows:
- 30+ Days Full refund (minus processing charges if any)
- 15-29 Days 50% of advance payment refunded
- 7-14 Days 25% of advance payment refunded
- Within 7 Days No refund - advance payment non-refundable
Cancellation by Us
In rare cases where we need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, ferry cancellations, government restrictions), we will:
- Offer an alternative travel date (subject to availability)
- Provide a full refund if no suitable alternative is available
- Coordinate with hotels/operators for maximum refund possible

Please include your booking reference number and travel dates in your cancellation request.
Refund Timeline
Once your cancellation is approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking. Bank transfers may take additional 2-5 business days depending on the bank.
No-Show
If you fail to report on your scheduled arrival date without prior intimation, the booking will be considered as "no-show" and no refund will be provided. Any advance payment paid will be forfeited.
Partial Cancellations
If you need to cancel for only some members of your group or shorten the trip, the refund will be calculated based on the per-person cost and the cancellation policy applicable at the time of modification request.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations due to reasons beyond our control - natural disasters, weather conditions, pandemic-related restrictions, ferry services, or government travel advisories. In such cases, we will try our best to reschedule or provide credit for future travel.
