Please read our terms of service carefully before booking your Andaman trip.
Booking Process
To book a tour package, simply fill out the enquiry form on our website or contact us directly via WhatsApp or phone. We will provide you with a detailed itinerary and pricing. A booking is confirmed only after receiving the advance payment as discussed.
Payment Terms
We require an advance payment to confirm your booking. The balance payment can be made before arrival or upon reaching Andaman. Payment options include bank transfer, UPI, or cash. Payment details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
Package Inclusions
Our packages typically include: accommodation as per selection, all inter-island ferry tickets, airport transfers, sightseeing by private vehicle, and breakfast. Activities like scuba diving, snorkeling are included only if specifically mentioned in the package.
Package Exclusions
The following are not included unless specified: airfare to and from Port Blair, lunch and dinner (unless mentioned), personal expenses, entrance fees at museums/beaches, and optional activities.
Travel Documents
All visitors to Andaman & Nicobar Islands require a valid Photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID). Foreign nationals need a valid passport and visa. Inner Line Permit (ILP) is required for certain areas and is arranged by us.
Liability
Andaman Travel 2 Nature acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, ferry operators, activity providers). We ensure quality services but are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or mishaps caused by third-party service providers. We recommend travelers obtain adequate travel insurance.
Code of Conduct
Travelers are expected to behave respectfully towards local culture, environment, and our team. Any damage to property or misconduct may result in additional charges or termination of services without refund.
